There was an ancient painting, it had been hanging on the
wall of one of the oldest museums in town. No one seemed to even know how old
it was, because it had always been there.
There were stories about the painting. People said it
was guarded by the painter himself who lived in the museum as a ghost.
One young man heard the story about the ghost living
in the museum, guarding his painting. He decided he should go and check whether
the story was true or not.
One night he walked into the museum when everyone had
gone. He walked the dark halls full of old paintings and sculptures of naked
men.
The young man finally stepped right in front of the
painting. He took a knife out of his pocket and prepared to stab the painting
right in the center when a ghostly face came out of the painting and grabbed
him from the shoulders and pulled him inside.
Now his face can be seen inside the painting, his eyes
are wide open and his face is full of fear. He seems to be trying to warn us
about the ghost, but that may never be possible.
